BombersBuddy
- Fixed issue in Isle of Quel'Danas when the user has both Arcane Charges and Flaming Oil.  The correct bomb will now be armed.
- Added Skyguard Bombs for used in Blade's Edge Mountains
- Known Issue: in Isle of Quel'Danas Flaming Oil will be armed when the player is near the harbor, or on the way to The Dead Scar, but the Arcane Charges will be armed once the player enters The Dead Scar.

BombersBuddy: initial commit
- Binds double right click to the use function of bombs in your inventory when you are in the appropriate area to use them, making it unnecessary to bind a key or an action bar slot for your bombs.
