Buffalo2_Dreamlayout:
- Changed some default values around.
- Cleaned up code.
- First two ghost buffs in the buff layout are now colored blue signifying they will show temporary weapon buffs (when applicable)
- Possibly fixed incorrect border colors on either layout.
