DKPmon_eqDKP:
-hacked up CTRT export so that all attendees get dectected by eqDKP's CTRT import and not just those that were in the raid
-set Attendance Filter to Boss Kill in eqDKP's CTRT import configuration for this to work
-Join and Leave sections of CTRT xml are nolonger accurate
-DKP value should also be detected by eqDKP's CTRT import now
