NiHao:
- Adjust "Top Loot" tooltip section properly when removing a custom value.
- Allow user to override an AucAdvanced value with internal vendor buyback value without having to manually look up the vendor price.
- Prevent and inform user when they attempt to remove a custom value when no custom value is set.
