Recap:
- Updated toc for release 2.3.
- Improved tracking and listing of members in synchronization, to include their server and their Recap version.  The list of members shows those who are active followed by those who are inactive (have not been heard from for ten seconds).  The count of people in synchronization in the title bar of the main panel is either "(M in sync)" or, if some players are inactive, "(M+N in sync)".  Active players broadcast their presence on the sync channel every five seconds.  There is a new "Remove Inactive Members" button next to the "List Members" button that takes inactive members off your list.
- Added personal HPS and total HPS to the minimized view.
- Various bug fixes.
