Rummage
- Updated for CharacterProfiler 2.3, which means:
  * Keyring is now searched properly.
  * Mailbox contents are again correctly found, including
    multiple item attachments in a single message.
  * Mailbox items have clickable links.
  * TOTAL line has clickable links.
- Fixed a buglet where sometimes different stacks of the
  same item were not being correctly joined to one sum,
  because of negative item instance IDs.
