Unsolicited:
- The list of banned words is now configurable.
- The General chat channel may now be filtered for spam (filtered by default).
- The Trade chat channel my now be filtered for spam (off by default).
- It is now possible to selectively toggle filtering of: whispers, public speech (e.g. yell), General chat channel, and Trade chat channel.
