aX_RaidStatus:
- Removed the call/loop for GetRaidRosterInfo, we are now assuming that every player is added to a proper list.
- Added in ability to change the max group that is watched.
- Removed the ability to remove default classes from stored lists.
- Default classes will no longer show up on the FuBar Menu
- Removed the OnUpdate script.  Checking for raid now in RAID_ROSTER_UPDATE
- Added Nurfed support.
- Moved frame creation to Initialize.

aX_RaidStatus: initial commit
- Shows basic stats for the raid, including hp%/mp% for dps, tanks, and healers.  Filtered by player name and class, not groups.
