Manufac
Manufac is an Ace2 mod that overrides the default profession windows and replaces them with a popup menu with some extra features.
After selecting a recipe, there are many options for what action to take, and many ways to access the information you might need.
- Recipe Name and Amount Craftable with what's in your inventory. Click this to link the item in chat.
- Create 1. Click to cast the skill once.
- Create X. Enter how many times to cast this skill.
- Create All. Click to cast the skill as many times as you can with what's in your bags.
- Non-Consumed Requirements. Listed here, if applicable, are any things you need for the skill that aren't consumed. These things include fires for cooking, rods for enchanting, anvils for smithing, etc.
- Reagent List. Each reagent of the skill is listed, along with how many you have and how many you need per cast. Click to link the reagent.
- Link Result. Adds a link to chat with the item or enchant that's created by this skill, along with the number created per cast if applicable.
- Link Recipe! Creates a "link" of the whole recipe, which contains a link of the result followed by a list of the mats. (Note: the mats are not linked because you cannot have more than 3 links in a given chat message)
- Grouping. Explained below.
"Can Make": This pseudo-category contains all the items that you have the mats for at a given time. It can be enabled or disabled in the options dropdown, or with /manu canmake.
Value Summary: If KC Items or Auctioneer is installed, Manufac can get some interesting data regarding auction house prices for tradeskill items, to help you determine if an item is worth making and selling, or if it would be more profitable to simply sell the mats. Also helpful in determining what to sell an enchant for.

I'm using v 26541 that I got from wowace, and the same thing occured when I tried from the newest version here.
When I mouseover most items that I can create, everything works fine, however, with Jewelcrafting, when hovering over Meta Gems, I get huge errors in my chat frame.
It looks like a compatibility issue with Stubby.
Thank you so much, I was looking for something like this for ages. just one question: when you open the trade window and click on the screen, the window disappears but the trade button is "stuck" on and u have to click it twice to get the trade window again. nothing big anyway, just to point out this bug. Thanks again :)
When hovering over an item, mouse over the "Group" option and enter the desired category name.
any way to create custom categories? i'd like to bundle all the Shadoweave tailoring items together, as i craft them regularly. no big deal, just curious if it's possible or if this feature is coming. thanks, very cool and interesting mod.
Enalung: sure, but it'd need support for all the chat channels, etc etc. I've been thinking of better solutions for that issue -- it's just a question of settling on one then adding it in, and I haven't gotten much coding done lately, between the holiday and a nasty cold.
stormywaters: it should show the item's tooltip when you hover over it's name, unless you've got tooltips disabled in the options.
So, I have a question. Can you add the item's info to the tabs, instead of having to link an item just to look at it? I have had several people ask "What can you make for my level?" and I have no way to sort items, or look at items without linking them first. Otherwise, I love the addon!
From the description:

Couldn't you just count the amount of regents, then use a loop and send a series of whispers until you are done linking all the regents?
That's an error related to the newest auctioneer. They changed their data format yet again and blew up support. I've been told that they plan to continue to change things around, so trying to keep up with that is a losing proposition. For now, just disable price data in the menu.
Manufac was'n working.
Steil: there's currently a bug in wowace's zip script that's preventing the changelogs from being created. It should be fixed soon.
kharsis: due to some bugs in the submission system here, the posted version was a bit on the old side, such that I can't check for that bug. Mind letting me know if it still happens with the latest version, and the new line number?
There seems to be a bug in this mod. whenever Iopen a trade skill I get an error message that reads ...\addons\manufac\libs\stich-1.01\stitch-1.01.lua:345"for" limit must be a number.
This has alos come up while doing pet training.
any update notes?
Price data can be pulled from either Auctioneer or KC_Items.
do the prices shown in the last pane rely on auctioneer or does it do it independently? tryed to check the site. seems to be down.
