Quartz
Quartz is a modular approach to a casting bar addon. An overview of (hopefully most of) the modules:
*Player
The core of Quartz is lightweight implementation of a standard casting bar, with configurable size, text and icon positioning, and colors.
*Target/Focus
Implementation of target and focus casting bars in similar fashion to the player cast bar.
*Buffs
Display of target and focus buffs and debuffs as duration bars.
*Flight
Hooks into FlightMap or InFlight to display the current flight progress on your casting bar.
*Global Cooldown
Displays a tiny spark-bar to show your Global Cooldown near the cast bar. Helpful for those who'd rather not squint at their action bars to see when they can cast again.
*Interrupt
Changes the color and text of your casting bar to help show that your cast has been interrupted (and show who interrupted it).
*Latency
Displays the amount of time spent between cast send and start events, in the form of a bar at the end of your casting bar, with optional text that displays the actual duration of the lag. This helps in canceling casts when they will not actually be interrupted, especially for users with consistently high pings.
*Mirror
Shows the 'basic' timers such as breath and feign death, as well as some 'odd' ones such as party invite time, resurrect timeout, and arena game start, and a framework for injecting custom timers into the bars.
*Range
Recolors the casting bar when your cast target moves out of range mid-cast.
*Swing
Displays a swing timer for your melee weapon as well as hunter autoshot.
*Timer
Allows for creating custom timers displayed on the mirror bars.
*Tradeskill Merge
Merges multiple casts of the same tradeskill item into one big cast bar.
Use /quartz to bring up the configuration menu.

Hi thanks a lot, but for me enemy castbars are not shown, would it be possible to fix it for Season of Mastery? Thanks a lot.
is there a way to show what rank a spell your using is on the cast bar? Like could I make it say "holy light (rank1)" instead of just "holy light" for example?
Here is the error I am getting, which error is preventing showing frames, locked or unlocked. I truly hope you can fix this :D

Is there any way to add "tick" lines for Mind Flay?

I was just about to make a post for this same error message. I'm also seeing this on my priest. I used the fix provided by equalsthr33 and it worked.
In reply to Cuber4Ever:
Thank you, it worked.
Hi, I'm getting the following error on my Priest character.
I only get this error on that character.
I use the Default Profile and I tried creating a new profile and resetting but nothing works.

This is only a fix for Mind Flay, as I don't care about other spells, but you can just find the spell id for any spell you want, add the amount of ticks and add to the dictionary yourself:
I'm also not a .lua programmer. So don't bother me with 100 questions, thanks :D
In the player.lua file:
Change the row that says:
local channelingTicks = WoWBC and {} or
to:
local channelingTicks = WoWBC and {[GetSpellInfo(25387)] = 3} or
If you want to add more spells. Just look at how author filled in the dictionary below this row, and fill in the earlier one (the one I just filled in) with more data in the same manner.
Such as:
local channelingTicks = WoWBC and
{
[GetSpellInfo(25387)] = 3, -- TBC Mind Flay
[GetSpellInfo(SPELL_ID)] = 4, -- Some other spell with 4 ticks
[GetSpellInfo(SPELL_ID)] = 6, -- Yet another spell but with 6 ticks
}
or
In reply to Trouler_Darkhand:
Thanks a ton!!
now the next struggle is figuring out how to change the tick color
In reply to krommdor:
Possibly line 37 in Quartz.lua(?)
Might be one of the other colors though, but you can try messing around with them.
Just Google "rgb picker" and find a color that suits you.
