What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?

Optional bar to watch resources for classes using Rage, Energy or Focus. Positioned above Player bar (or possibly above Swing bar) by default. It would show numeric value (optional font, possibility to hide text) displaying the number of current power units. Bar would increase/decrease according to amount of power units.

Please provide any additional information below.

I feel it would very useful to implement possibility to display resources in the center of the screen, near casting bar, especially for classes that place more importance on resource mechanics than on casting times.
