What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Unable to enter spell names into the GCD module.  After entering a spell name the field clears itself if I alter any other value or navigate to a different module.
2. Setting the bar position to Free causes the error below
3. GCD bar when set to bottom or top does not display

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

- GCD module had been working previously but does not function for my L13 priest, or any other toons, since upgrading to R9.  Have not tested a downgrade yet.

What version of the product are you using?

- R9

After entering the spell name, you have to hit the "enter" key to register the input. I don't know if it's working as intented though.
