Can't move buffs/debuffs #123

    Maybe it's me, but I can't find any more how to move the buff/debuff lists.
    In the Quartz menu I have "lock bars" that allows me to move the cast bars, but I couldn't find anything about the buffs...

    Ok I guess Quartz is dead. A pity, since I have no idea if there is a suitable substitute :(
