    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. enable the focus bar module
    2. choose a caster as focus target
    3. watch as both the quartz and blizzard casting bars shows at the same time

    I'd like to be able to just disable the default focus casting bar just like I can disable it for player casting bar.
