Channelled cast timer incorrect #160

    The timer for a channelled cast is slightly incorrect. It gets to 10 seconds remianing and then after 1 more second it goes to 9.9 instead of 8.9. The timer also starts at 18/19 (for example) instead of 19/19 when the bar is 100% full.
