The enhancement would be a cool down timer that would track the cool down of spells like Warlocks Conflagration or Druids Starburn. These are just two examples of spells that should be cast once their cool down has expired. I'm thinking it should be able to detect the cast of these spells and provide a timer similar to the DoT/HoT timers. This will provide your users with the ability to better cast off cool down spells and keep their focus with the rest of the timers.
