    "Doesn't work" says about as much as "Yes, it does". Please be specific: what did you want to achieve, what did you do to try and make that happen, what made you decide something doesn't work and what exactly is it you think doesn't work?

    The only interpretation of "Doens't work" I can read is "Quartz does not show up at all, even the settings aren't there". As you probably know a new patch of WoW was recently released and Quartz has not been updated for that yet. See also ticket 195 for details on enabling out-of-date addons - that might already be your solution.
