You can fix this yourself, it's simply a spell that has been changed (and been given a new ID).

Go to your Interface folder, find \Addons\Quartz_Procs\classes\, open the file warrior.lua in any text editor and change the number 56638 to 56636 two places on line number 15, it is under the heading "Taste For Blood":
