as an affliction warlock i am able to move while casting my abilities. while channeling a spell such as drain soul or maelefic grasp, quartz bar will come up normally but if i move (which doesn't cancel my spell due to kael cunning) the quartz bar acts as if the spell was interrupted/canceled. which it isn't.
affliction warlock. last tier talent to be able to move while casting. drain soul on a target then proceed to move. quartz bar will act as if the spell was canceled even though the spell continues to channel.

This happens with my channeling as well... is there going to be a fix for this anytime soon?
Quartz doesn't try to detect if you move, it just listens to the game - and if the game says the spell was cancelled or interrupted, Quartz will show this as well.
Does the default cast bar do this properly? I kinda doubt that, or Quartz would probably work as well.
What the crap... Alright, I just tested it. I turned off the "Disable Blizzard Cast Bar". I started channeling on the dummy.. and moved.. and both bars showed up. And kept staying there while I moved (even the Quartz one) Then I turned off "Disable Blizzard Cast Bar" again.. and suddenly it still works. I have no idea why, but turning that option off and on again solved the issue.
