    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1.Change Player Bar texture
    2.Logout
    3.Login

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Changes not saving and bar returns to default setting.

    What version of the product are you using?
    A: 3.1.3-4-g03c5ce4

    Do you have an error log of what happened?
    No
