What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Enable target debuff bars
2. walk into BT
3. sigh

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
not have debuff bars go off without an actual target

What version of the product are you using?
3.2.2-1-gb18ecba

Do you have an error log of what happened?
no error but i have pictures!

So this used to go off like crazy in ICC but I see it is still happening in BT

If you have debuffs turned on for bars it triggers as soon as you walk in. If you turn them off they still trigger. It's like a bad nightmare

See picture. There is nothing targeted and I even turned everything off in teh "buff" section.

I could be wrong and these could be the enemy castbars. Still... should they not only be on a target and not like anything in the zone?

The Enemy Cast module intentionally shows all casts by enemies in range, no matter if targeted or not. If you only want your target, turn off Enemey Casts and enable the target castbar instead.

I find it useful when playing a healer for example, where I never have any enemies targeted, but still like getting castbars of all the enemies in the fight.
