What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Play as a priest (preferably discipline)
2. In the menu, go to interface, then addons, then Quartz 3, and adjust the cast time precision to 3
3. Cast Power Word Shield on a player (other than yourself) and watch the cooldown timer

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
You should see the Power word shield and the cooldown timer clearly on the screen without overlap.  However, what happens is that the letters 'l' and 'd' in Power word shield gets overlap with a portion of the numbers in the timer to create an unclear display.

What version of the product are you using?
Quartz 3.2.7
