Target Castbar and mirror bar not showing. #268

    The target castbar does not show up with default quartz3 settings. I am using 3.5.1-1-gac72c9a-classic  for wow classic.  No other addons installed. There arent even any settings for the target castbar.

    WoW Classic does not allow you to show castbars except for yourself.
