Does not show enemy castbar #270

    Just as the title says - enemy castbars do not work. I should say "Target castbar" because if I target myself and cast a spell I also do not see a castbar. Have to download a separate add-on like classiccastbars.

    For classic version i don't see a focus or target one there seems to be an enemy cast bar but not sure if it's functional.  This is different than the retail but perhaps there is a reason
