    Looks like Quartz is labelled as "out of date" by the WoW 3.2 patch. If you check "load out of date add-ons" it does indeed appear to work, so it looks like all that is needed is a new release with an updated ToC showing that it is compatible with 3.2.

    Looks like this has now been addressed so the ticket can be closed.
