    the cooldown timer that pops up after using a shock spell is wrong.
    I have another addon for that also that shows the correct seconds.

    tooltip also says 6 seconds but Quartz timer is on 8 seconds.

    oh yeah. I am using r19. haven't updated yet. cba atm :)
