Cast Bars missing since 8.3 (retail) #304

    I've had to disable Quartz in 8.3.0 (Windows 10) since the cast bars no longer appeared. Disabling Quartz makes the native cast bars show up.

    This turned out to be caused by Twitch installing a Classic version in Retail.
