CPU Usage Increase on Successive Casts #308

    I'm seeing a phenomena with Quartz, as identified by the Addon "Addons CPU Usage", where with each cast, in quick succession, the cpu usage of Quartz grows a little (ms's per second, not talking about total usage over time). If you stop casting for a while, the ms's per second decreases, almost like you might expect of garbage collection for memory, but with cpu time. Over a long encounter, it becomes significant, with Quartz consuming 4ms, up from its initial 0.1ms - a quite significant increase.

     

    I have disabled all cast bars except focus and target, disabled alpha, and am still able to reproduce the problem using myself as target & focus and casting repeatedly in quick succession.
