Target frame castbar not showing #334

    I didn't change any settings when I upgraded to the latest version, and now the target frame castbar isn't displaying.  Had to revert to an older version.

    Hey, it has disabled after update. Go to interface - addons - quartz 3 - target disaple blizzard casting bar uncheck that.
