Castbar under buff #337

    Hello,

     

    i don't find this option but i know it was avaible before.

     

    When you put the target castbar, and your target has a lot of buff, the cast bar is on all the buff.

     

    There was an option before, the castbar was always under all the buff like the blizzard castbar.

     

    Can u fixe it ?
