BUG: Blizzard castbar is re-enabled by default when logging in/reloading UI (need to uncheck and check to hide it every trime) #350

    Whenever I log in or reload my UI, the stock blizzard castbar is re-enabled and I have to go into quartz settings and uncheck/check the box for it to be properly hidden again
