Non-Interruptable spell cast not showing shield/specified boarder #381

    I am unable to get the cast bar to show the shield or larger boarder when non-interruptable spells are being cast despite this being enabled & checked on the specific cast bar i'd like this to apply to. This applys to both the target and focus cast bars

    I'm having the same exact issue. I've read more people complaining as well, hoping for a fix.
