WOTLK Classic - Penance Icon Issue #397

    WOTLK Classic - When casting Penance on an enemy target, the spell icon is correct, When casting Penance on a friendly target, the spell icon is incorrect (looks like arcane missiles). Is this working as intended? If not, possible fix?
