cant see cast bar #413

    I can see cast bar when I toggle lock and move it to where I want to but when I toggle lock off and try to cast all I see is a skinny black line which I believe is the GCD line and not the actual cast bar. I'm playing lock so would be nice to see cast bar. anything to do with there not being a version for 10.1.7?
