enemy players target cast bars not showing on SoD #416

    The target cast bar is not showing up for enemy players but its working for NPCs

    So it's not just me. I was losing my mind. Quartz and KUI nameplate cast bars show pve mobs casts. It doesn't show pvp casts in any form, bgs or duels, except for a single instance where it showed a gnome casting escape artist on a slow I applied.

    Im also having this issue, not a single enemy player cast bar appears ever. Its also happening with plater, enemy cast bars never appear on the nameplate.

    I am also having the same issue, thought it was just me! Will this be fixed any time soon?
