What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Setup the old Quartz (r23-release)
2. Install new Quartz (r90)
3. Login

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Quartz should have converted all the settings from the old profile to the new. However, the following went wrong for me:
* Target casting bar: both location and texture reset
* Focus casting bar: both location and texture reset
* Buff bars target and focus: location, anchor and texture reset

Note that the profile hadn't simply reset entirely. There's more settings that deviate from the standard profile and did get converted than there are settings that went wrong.

What version of the product are you using?
r90 (r91-r93 don't have code updated that should affect this)

No config at all is being converted. Due to the change from Ace2 to Ace3 the config formats are not compatible. You'll have to set it up again.
