What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
Instead of just add a border around those un-interruptible spells it could be an option to have it a diffrent bar color on those also... either have one of them or both if you.. prefer that ^^

I've already been considering that. Additionally, i want to be able to show the shield icon the default UI uses. Will do that at some point.

different background color/texture would be nice, too !

started using threat plates and the non-interruptible cast bar has a background like , black being transparent and the yellow being the background color. The texture would probably be a little obnoxious for raiding, but it's a cool idea

You can change the color of the bar now, and show the shield icon. Colored textures are not easily possible, so not going to do that in this push.
