    What is the issue?

Specifically, when I dot up a mob and monitor my dot with the Quartz buff/mirror bars, as they deplete they "chug" like CPU Profiling is turned on, but I know for fact it is not or I would see this same problem across all bar monitoring addons, such as the cast bar, and DBM timers.  I am using Quartz and Quartz_Procs addon both the latest versions that were updated the day before yesterday or perhaps yesterday, but there is no more current version than what I am using.  What I don't understand is other timers deplete very smoothly, such as DBM timers.  I cannot figure this issue out to save my life.

I maintain at least 40fps-100fps in dungeons, and out in the world I usually am 60fps-100fps depending on where I'm at.  I have monitored other addons CPU usage and all addons I use are very lightweight and are not taxing my CPU strenuously.  I've run out of places to look for an answer and I really do not want to delete my entire addon folder and reconfigure every addon.

Let me also add this is not a gamebreaking problem but rather an annoyance - hoping to see if anyone else has reported this or maybe it's a quick fix like an option I have enabled.

So after going through a rigorous process of checking all options and other addons, I came to the conclusion that maybe the matter was based just on my system due to seemingly no one else having this problem. After updating video drivers, cpu/chipset/audio drivers, and removing some that had become obsolete, it appears I have solved my problem.

Don't worry about trying to recreate, apparently it was something w/ my system. Addon is working perfectly - thanks for such a great addon, the work is greatly appreciated and I've been using this for a long long time :)
