Quartz cast timer does not take 4pc T10 shadow into account #77

    What steps will reproduce the problem?
    1. 4piece Tier 10 shadow priest
    2. cast "mind flay"
    3.

    What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
    Should shorten cast by .5sec and change sequence by 0.17 between tics

    What version of the product are you using?
    3.0.2

    Do you have an error log of what happened?

    Quartz uses the actual channel time provided by the game. If its not what it should be, its a bug in the game.

    Additionally, it works fine for shadow priests i talked to.
