RaidBuffStatus:
- Added more checks for:
- Hunter with no aspect
- Hunter with aspect of the pack or cheetah
- Protection paladin with no Righteous Fury
- Someone has a soul stone
- Fixed bug: Checks events actually registered before unregistering
- Fixed bug: Shadow and Aura at same time check not enabling
- Fixed bug: Sometimes an inspect fails and this is now captured
- Fixed bug: Noisy talent inspection addons would interfere with the inspect ready event so
   this is handled by using a secure hook
