RaidBuffStatus:
- Set a more practical frame strata for the minimap icon.
- Add slash loaders for AddonLoader.
- Re-wrote the resurrection priority again to handle the fact that the combat log does not say who is being resurrected.  Now it uses the CTRA-compatible message system instead.  It will put those being rezed currently at bottom priority for a rez and it will put those been rezed at bottom priority ordered with most recent rez at the bottom.

RaidBuffStatus:
- Fixed a bug in whispers for Amplify Magic.  Now only whispers those with the most points spent.
- Added a slight tweak for Death Drip to handle situations where the boss is tauntable but not gripable.
