RaidBuffStatus:
- Fixed bug where people not in your party/raid show up in misdirection and other warnings.
- Moved Flask of Enhancement from Cata flasks to WotLK flasks as it is not as good as other Cata flasks.  Putting them in Cata flasks was a mistake originally.
- Paladin blessing warnings have been improved to make it clearer why a Paladin in a group with a Druid is slacking when he is casting Kings.

- Updated Well Fed check to have an quality option to allow only 90 stamina, 60 stamina or any food.
- Added support for Goblin Barbecue Feast, Broiled Dragon Feast, and Seafood Magnifique Feast.  Feast announcer automatically only announces feasts which match the quality requirements.

- Removed temporary talent hack for shaman shields.
- Updated slacking flasks and elixirs checking and options for Cata.
- Added handling of addon enabling during combat.  Enabling is delayed until combat ends.
- Tweaked talent spec code so that lower levels are correctly identified.
- Removed zone checking for flasks as the only flasks limited by zone were TBC and TBC are no longer allowed.
