RaidBuffStatus:
- Added built-in support for oRA2 and oRA3 durability API which means neither of those need to be installed in order for durability check to work.  Only RBS needs to be installed plus RBS (or oRA 2 or 3) on each raid member.

- Added in-built support for CTRA/oRA2 item checks.  RBS will reply in a compatible way.  This means oRA2 is not needed to be installed to be able to reply to item checks - instead ask the raiders to install RBS.  If oRA3 had this built-in it would not be needed in RBS.

RaidBuffStatus:
- Fixed Cauldrons not having anti-spam.
- Added work-around to make Fear and Entangling Roots CC break detection work until Blizz fix the bug.  It works by guessing but it can get it wrong.
- Added option to play a sound when the healer is drinking.
- CC bug work-around code now reports what broke things like Polymorph.
- Pets and non-raid members who break CC cast by someone in the raid will now be announced.
- Melee Swing now triggers CC break detection in the workaround code.

- Tanks Alive and Healers Alive bars now disabled by default as they are only useful when viewing the dash when in combat and that is not enabled by default.
- Added feature where when healers are not full of mana and they are drinking, the Healer mana bar changes text to make this clear.  Very useful for the tank in dungeons or when chain pulling.
