Many WoD updates
Add WoD flasks, remove outdated guardian/battle elixir buttons
Flasks now work like food, consumable options set a threshold for a flask stat level to be considered acceptable (otherwise the player is considered unflasked and details appear in the "slacking flask" tooltip). The default threshholds are 75 stat food and 200 stat flask.
Add WoD utility detection (feasts, portals, bling)
Fix for Lone Wolf
