      (L): Load in localized text.
      (BADGE_OF_JUSTICE, EMBLEM_OF_HEROISM, EMBLEM_OF_VALOR): Delete these
      constants, the values will come from L now.
      (SpecialEvents_ItemLooted): Look up item names from the L hash, and
      put the items in order more likely to get a hit first.
      (DifficultyString): Replace "Heroic" with localized string.
      (OnUpdateFuBarText): Replace raid status messages with localized strings.
      (OnUpdateFuBarTooltip): Replace "Unknown" with localized string.
      Replace "no data" message with localized string.
    
    * FuBar_RaidLog.toc Register the localization lua files.
    
    * Localization/enUS.lua Set up the enUS, based on the wowace substitution
      example.
    
    * Localization/deDE.lua
