    Added .gitignore for testing with standalone libraries

    They'll always be embedded by the Curse packager, so they won't be added
    to the repository. Ignoring them is helpful when managing local copies
    used for development purposes, which must contain them for testing
    purposes.

    Added isDebugVersion flag to help with testing

    This should have no effect on released versions that are syndicated
    through and packaged by Curse.
