    Disabled creation of nolib versions by the CF packager

    It's just not worth the trouble with how many support requests are
    created due to using a nolib version and not having the libraries
    installed.

    The Curse/Twitch client having an issue with randomly resetting this (to
    "enabled") certainly isn't helping, either...
