Would it be at all possible to have the tracking window be detached from the minimap button?

So that we could have the option of then hovering over the minimap button as we do now to see the list, and also being able to right click on the minimap button to detach the window, this could then be placed somewhere suitable, and preferably be resized.

This has been asked for many times, but unfortunately it's not going to happen. So sorry about that! The tooltip library doesn't make this feature easy or possible to do.

Would you be able to have a look at the addon on curse called savedinstances, this addon does have the tooltip window seperate from the minimap button, maybe you are able to do it the way they do it perhaps?

Does that add-on use Lib-QTip? If so, I can take a look.

Sorry I have posted on the wrong issue, but yes it does the addon is relatively small in comparision to yours as the lua file is about 117k and just under 5000 lines in length so hopefully you won't have to look through too much code to find out how they are doing it.

Reopening this. Note that I'm no longer playing WoW, so this add-on is very low priority for me. I'll try to get to it soon!
