I use 2 different computers for WoW, and don't sync WTF folder. Cleared Sethekk Halls with 2 characters one day, and then cleared agan next day, but on different PC, including last boss Talon King Ikiss. But counter still shows, that i have killed it 2 times, not 4. But when i check out my Achivement panel - Statistics - Dungeons & Raids - The Burning Crusade, each character have correct count as 2, so if i log in both characters on same PC, then they must show a total of 4 on my Reins of the Raven Lord attempts (from Anzu boss kills)?

Just deleted WTF folder for test purposes. And realised, that it's showing now 0 attempts, after logging in both characters. So it's not pulling data from Achivements - Statistics. Of course mount drops from Anzu, that is not tracked, but maybe it's possible to track Talon King Ikiss kills? As he stands in next room after Anzu.

Reins of the Raven Lord doesn't use kill statistics but tracks looting of the NPC itself. This means that Rarity won't be able to detect kills in retrospect and it also can't pull anything from the achievements API of multiple characters, as Blizzard provides no useful data for this item.

Using Talon King Ikiss instead would be unreliable at best. You can either manually update the count via ingame configuration or live with the fact that many statistics that the addon provides are, for lack of an official data source, approximations and therefore bound to be somewhat inaccurate. Sorry!
