    What is the enhancement in mind? How should it look and feel?
    The mastery effect for Prot paladins is to give a block percentage chance. Instead of a straight mastery value, it would be very useful to see this as a block chance percentage, to allow for comparisons with parry and dodge. Also it should be counted for the total Avoidance percentage calculated.
